The blend of flours includes maize (from corn), rice, soy and vegetable flour which is just the right combination for a light somewhat nutty tasting loaf perfect for sandwiches or toasting for breakfast.
The cottage bread mix can also be made into country style cob loaves, bread rolls or baguettes.
