A yummy blend of gluten free grains to make the perfect gluten free bread crumbs for meat, fish or tofu. These are super simple to use and have a delicious flavour as well.
For perfectly crumbed gluten free masterpieces:
Step 1: Lightly flour your choice of meat, fish or vegetables.
Step 2. Whisk 1-2 eggs in a bowl.
Step 3. In a seperate bowl place breadcrumbs.
Step 4. Deep or shallow fry the coated meat, fish or vegetables until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5. Enjoy crumbing again without the gluten!
