Gluten Free Plain Flour
Our gluten free plain flour is made up of a blend of maize, tapioca, soy and rice flours and is the perfect base flour for gluten free baking. Use it to make gluten free cakes and muffins adding a small amount of gluten free baking powder, or on its own to make gluten free pancakes or biscuits.
Nutritionally it offers a good amount of protein and fibre as well as containing manganese for energy production and trace amounts of Vitamin A and E.
Gluten free flour is an ideal substitute for those with allergies or intolerance to gluten protein, with the taste differing slightly to regular wheat based flours.
Note: For best results keep this flour refrigerated for freshness.
