Organic Cacao nibs are the dried & fermented pieces of the cacao bean otherwise known as nature’s chocolate chip. They are the purest form of chocolate available to us, super chocolaty to taste with a bitter, nutty flavour and a texture similar to a roasted coffee bean to chew on.

Organic Cacao Nibs are great for a variety of dishes. They are an awesome addition to homemade brownies or chocolate cakes, as well as a healthier alternative to chocolate chip cookies (being the most raw version of chocolate). They are also particularly good added to smoothies or sprinkled on top of smoothie bowls or sweet breakfasts such as pancakes or waffles.
Of course they can be eaten in tiny bites as an energy snack and we find they are a perfect secret ingredient to add to homemade banana bread.
