Rolled oats start out as oat groats that are de-husked, steamed and then rolled into flat flakes. They are an age old breakfast staple not only due to their many health benefits but also because they are super tasty to eat.
We recommend a bowl of cooked oats topped with your favourite fresh or dried fruit, a handful of pepitas, almonds and sesame seeds and a splash of honey or maple syrup. You can’t go wrong!.
