Wheat Bran Flakes (Toasted)
Our toasted Wheat Bran Flakes combines the whole wheat grain together with the wheat bran (or outer layer) which is rich in dietary fibre. They have a delicious nutty flavour and crunchy texture making them a must have addition to your homemade muesli or a delicious breakfast on their own with some fresh berries, milk and yoghurt.
Having such a high fibre content, wheat bran flakes support a healthy digestive system. They are also rich in many beneficial minerals including iron, magnesium and zinc, as well as containing important B group vitamins and Vitamin C.
Our crunchy Wheat Bran Flakes can be enjoyed on their own with milk or topped with a mix of fresh fruit, yoghurt and honey.
